Take good care of skin and NEVER ever put toothpaste. Opt for a gentler alternative such as tea tree or even putting ice on it.
Try using natural oils such as virgin coconut oil or argan oil and instead of dabbing it on you face, take an appropriate amount,bout the size of a small coin and rub it in your hands and "slap" your face with the moisturizers warmed up by your hands. Works wonders for the circulation too.
Try using the oatmeal cleanser. Grab a handful of oats,add some water and rub it on your face. It's 100% natural because it's the only thing you use. Plus oatmeal is good for your skin cos it's a natural remedie for acne and it acts as a scrub.
WARNING : It might get messy. But the benefits are there.
Washing with cleansers = 2 times.
Washing with only water = Whenever your skin feels oily.
I'd say BB cream because it's not as thick.For a daily basis use, it's perfect. However, for a more polish look for events or party where you need the best coverage, definitely use Foundation. Unless you have perfectly or non problematic skin.
